🏆 Historic Win for Women in Esports & Mobile Esports in SEA

The Esports World Cup has made history for women in esports with the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Women’s Invitational (MWI). Smart Omega Empress, a team from the Philippines won the event and walked away with $180,000 from the $500,000 prize pool, the largest ever in women’s esports.

Sheen “Shinoa” Perez, the Finals Most Valuable Player, earned an additional $50,000 and gave us a heartwarming moment accepting her award, that really showed what this event means to women in esports.
